Neo-Dyne GLS/GLP Cargo Loader – Global Shipping Policy

This policy outlines the shipping, delivery, and liability terms for orders of GLS and GLP Cargo Loader systems placed through the Neo-Dyne webshop. It applies to all global destinations and operates in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.


1. Shipping Terms and Costs

1.1 Delivery Term – DAP (Delivered at Place)
All shipments are made under the DAP (Incoterms) delivery condition. Neo-Dyne B.V. arranges and pays for freight transport to the Customer’s designated delivery address worldwide. However, all import duties, local customs charges, and destination taxes are NOT included. These remain the sole responsibility of the Customer and may be collected by the local customs authority before delivery is released.

1.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated separately from the product price and depend on:

  • Final packaged weight and dimensions

  • Destination country and local delivery conditions

  • Chosen shipping service

The total shipping cost is quoted to the Customer for approval prior to payment.


2. Order Processing and Delivery Times

2.1 Payment and Processing
Orders are processed for shipment only after full payment has been received and confirmed. Processing times depend on stock availability and current operational capacity.

2.2 Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines are approximate and non-binding. Neo-Dyne is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, or force majeure. Delivery delays do not entitle the Customer to compensation or cancellation of the purchase agreement.


3. Risk Transfer and Inspection

3.1 Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to the Customer the moment the Cargo Loader leaves our warehouse, regardless of DAP shipping terms. Customers assume full risk during transit.

3.2 Delivery Inspection Requirements
Upon delivery, the Customer must:

  • Visually inspect the product and packaging before signing any delivery documents

  • Note any visible damage clearly on the carrier’s Proof of Delivery (POD)

  • Report hidden damage within 48 hours to Neo-Dyne in writing

Claims for transit damage must be filed with the carrier, as liability transfers upon dispatch from our premises.


4. Site Access and Delivery Readiness

Due to the industrial size and weight of GLS/GLP Cargo Loaders, the Customer must ensure the delivery site:

  • Is fully accessible for freight trucks

  • Has a safe, suitable unloading area

If delivery cannot be completed due to site access issues caused by the Customer, additional redelivery or storage fees will apply.

Returns & Warranty
Returns and warranty claims (24-month Guarantee) must comply with our Return and Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions. General return rights (Right of Withdrawal) may not apply to custom-built equipment.
